Made the refinancing process easy and straight forward
I have went though PennyMac twice now for home loans and both times were very easy. The staff always responded to emails quickly with the answers to my questions or could be reached by phone.

Tracy and the team were awesome try their best to close on-time and keep everything going. The delay was from the appraisal as we keep waiting for someone to pick up the request. The appraisal division at PennyMac need to more responsive and better communication with the field agents, that cause the delay on closing by two weeks.
It was simple, fast and accurate and I was able to get a lower rate.
My questions were all answered and if I ran into something, they were quick to respond or call. Process was simple but efficient.
