5/5 stars. They made it quick and easy
Pamela was very friendly and professional. She made the loan process run smoothly. thank yu
Mr Kelvey was is true professional and knowledgeable about the process.
Tracy Webb is a committed person to her customers. Unfortunately, she was out sick for a bit and in the last hrs she came back and got the loan process closed.
Mr. Lamothe was always professional yet friendly and helpful. He listened well to my concerns. He worked with me and kept me moving forward, but I never felt nagged or hurried. When he contacted me, I knew he was out to help me.
Everyhing went well, thank you
There was consistent communication the entire time and what step we were in. The ONLY issue I had was not directly the loan officer fault, however delayed my closing for weeks. This issue was with the lender asking for paperwork 4 separate times. However Danyelle was very pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process.
I appreciate the guidance along the way!
Everyone did a great job, closed our refi on time!
