Very helpfull in the process
My questions and concerns were always answered. I was able to contact them with no problem. Everything was done in a timely manner
Zanetta and her team made the refinance very easy.
Tennille refused to answer phone calls and emails, tried to push my closing date, did not clearly communicate documents/inspections needed, and completely neglected my loan application. Her manager Maria Williams had to basically take over, and it cost me several hundred dollars to close on time since Tennille poorly communicated. I will never recommend Pennymac to my friends and family from the way I was treated.
I had no issues with the process. The low rating on referrals is my personal opinion not to refer services by any company to friends or family...just my personal philosophy.
