It’s really not all on Tennille. She had gotten sick and was out for about two weeks leading up to my close. My major issue was that I was told over and over leading up to close that all of my documents were good and nothing was needed. Then, on the day of close, there were a bunch of issues because someone finally reviewed my file (not sure why files are reviewed as items are received). The entire process went smoothly and quickly. My questions were answered promptly. A great overall experience.
Some of my call request were never returned I do not know if they were passed down to Jacob. I think the closing was changed a couple of times.
I had a great experience with my refinance with PennyMac. PennyMac was also my previous mortgage provider and the main reason I was comfortable with the decision. I have always had successful interactions with the service and highly recommend the company .
This time we actually had a lot of help. Compared to the last time we were trying to refinance with Penney Mac.
