It’s really not all on Tennille. She had gotten sick and was out for about two weeks leading up to my close. My major issue was that I was told over and over leading up to close that all of my documents were good and nothing was needed. My Loan closing was less than 3 weeks and the communication was little chaotic until the last day and last hour. May be it was expected but was not properly communicated to me.

Clearer communications. Phone service was breaking up. Did not speak very clear English. Sometimes hard to understand and communicate with. Sometimes left me confused.

Some of my call request were never returned I do not know if they were passed down to Jacob. I think the closing was changed a couple of times.

I had a great experience with my refinance with PennyMac. PennyMac was also my previous mortgage provider and the main reason I was comfortable with the decision. I have always had successful interactions with the service and highly recommend the company .

Recommend providing clarification and double checking information. Multiple occasions throughout the process where documents were not updated, incorrect, or explanations provided for delays were not accurate.
