The loan process took too long and the multiple PennyMac people were all not communicating the same message. Julie was usually helpful but Leo was not.
The clear communication! I was always comfortable talking to Ms Stacy she never made you feel ignorant for not not knowing about something. She was kind enough to call the day she had verified the funds had hit our bank. She CARED!!!
