Great communication.
It took 2 months to close this refi. Despite multiple, almost daily, calls by myself, and many promises from the loan officer and the loan processor, no process was made on the loan for 30 days.
Some questions weren’t answered very quickly and the process took longer than expected with getting some of the paperwork corrected
Was pretty fast for the amount of work load for the loan processor
De’Loria was very helpful and answer all the questions U had. It was a great delight to work with her.
I think the issue with the multiple request for documents was from the website. I had issues uploading a few documents and had to call and do it manually, However the website continues to tell me I needed to submit. This was confusing.
