Nathaniel was very professinal and keep his promise on getting back to me in a timely matter.. if it wasnt for nathaniel and ashlyn this whole experience wouldve been alot worse then it orignially was when I was assign a ms. Wiggins, she was not professional nor did she know what she was doing. Agaon thanks to Mr. Orozco that made the ending of my process smooth.
Communication. I called twice to find out about the closing. I received a date on the second call. I did not find out where the closing was to take place until 8PM the night before the closing was to take place. I have not been made aware of the funding process and have received no information as to what the next steps are.
PennyMac and staff are great. Everyone involved made the process easy and stress-free.
I like the weekly checkins from Noah. It often prompted me to ask questions or concerns that I had. I love working with Penny Mac. This is our 3rd loan, and I’ll continue with PEnnyMac as long as I can.
The appraisal process held up our closing. I don’t believe this is a reflection of PennyMac, but it was frustrating to get not get it completed in a timely fashion.
Michelle was awesome. She reached out every milestone and kept me in the loop with each step. She was knowledge as she was able to answer every question without having table an item.
It was very pleasant working with Nate and Amy Vollmer. Thank you to the whole Mac team, god bless you all.
