Nathaniel was very professinal and keep his promise on getting back to me in a timely matter.. if it wasnt for nathaniel and ashlyn this whole experience wouldve been alot worse then it orignially was when I was assign a ms. Wiggins, she was not professional nor did she know what she was doing. Agaon thanks to Mr. Orozco that made the ending of my process smooth.
Awesome experience! Very clear and concise instructions. I had a very enjoyable process in refinancing my house. Julie Hill was extremely helpful in answer questions and a successfully processing my loan.
I like the weekly checkins from Noah. It often prompted me to ask questions or concerns that I had. I love working with Penny Mac. This is our 3rd loan, and I’ll continue with PEnnyMac as long as I can.
The appraisal process held up our closing. I don’t believe this is a reflection of PennyMac, but it was frustrating to get not get it completed in a timely fashion.
