Good customer service and great communication
First of all, every single person I talked to knew nothing like it was their first day. This was suppose to take 45 days, and it took 3 months. I went above and beyond to make sure everything was turned in within a few hours of asking. I was always waiting on y’all. You guys lost several items. And Kayla, lied several times about things. This was the worst experience and I am scarred for life.

The loan closing was much quicker than I expected. Logan communicated on a weekly basis and he took his time to explain the process, what was needed and how everything works.
Michelle was the only reason I didn’t go crazy! She is amazing
