Jake and Cynthia were incredible. The process was smooth and very clear up until Nancy Alain became involved with my mortgage. I'm extremely disappointed in her disregard to any questions I had and her dismissive behavior towards me throughout the final 2 weeks of my mortgage process. Other than my experiences with Nancy I was highly satisfied with pennymac!
The process felt very easy, all of the staff at Pennymac were helpful and they did a great job of keeping me informed through the entire process.
Tracy was amazing and she did great! Other interactions with penny mac were just not there.

Eriberto helped fix the issues that the underwriting team couldn’t seem to figure out. He is the reason I did not back out and go with a different lender because he assured me my rate would stay locked and he did everything in his power and ability to move things forward. I cannot express how grateful I am to him for his patience, understanding and ability to stay composed. Not once did he fray from that composure. A true professional and deserves to be recognized for it!
