I was mostly assisted by Susanne. She gave great details and reviewed my application thoroughly.
Jake and Cynthia were incredible. The process was smooth and very clear up until Nancy Alain became involved with my mortgage. I'm extremely disappointed in her disregard to any questions I had and her dismissive behavior towards me throughout the final 2 weeks of my mortgage process. Other than my experiences with Nancy I was highly satisfied with pennymac!

The process felt very easy, all of the staff at Pennymac were helpful and they did a great job of keeping me informed through the entire process.
De'Loria was amazing to deal with. She was quick when there was an issue she got it fixed and quickly. While doing the process she remembered even that I was going away for a week and she even asked me about it. That is customer service. She was amazing to work with.
Tracy was amazing and she did great! Other interactions with penny mac were just not there.
