She was awesome
The entire process went well except they requested me to send in the same documents after i sent them in multiple times. Otherwise all went well.
I requested emails multiple times, as I work remotely and am not able to easily accept phone calls during the day and had to interrupt business calls multiple times to respond to questions. I can more easily respond to Email communications which were never received. Also, I scheduled my closing using the tools provided, but the times/location were not followed, as well as my phone number was not used, they called my wife's phone. Communication and timeliness
The PennyMac portal and updates made the process so easy. We always knew what to expect. Nathaniel was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had.
Nathan spoke to me once. I am unclear what his job is and why he works for you. Several other people were helpful in his place. He should probably take an office job in the North Pole where he will not need any customer service skills.
Everyone was helphfull.
Rebecca was flat out awesome. Kept me informed and always provided timely answers and responses
