I signed a preferred attorney form. At closing I was given a random attorney. I feel like I could have gotten a better interest rate somewhere else. The company is too big and corporate, next time I will go local for my needs. The process took too long, over a month.

Still have some questions on the closing cost. Was told estimated payments at $480 but came in at $521$521 also on the web site for Penny Nac said that you receive a )1,150?credit against all closing cost on refinance but not reflected in cist
