Loan Processor Kali Thompson first called me on 4/20 and left a detailed vm introducing herself as my Loan Processor Though I only missed her call by less than 5 minutes, I wasn't able to reach her and had to leave a message with a different LP. I called several times over the next few days, and never was able to reach her. When she finally did call me a good week later, she gave me wrong information tied to closing monies due me --- both related to it's disperse timing, and the amount.
Home Buying, Refinancing, Pay Out Loans can all feel overwhelming.....even under normal circumstances. However, the COVID-19 Pandemic raised the bar to another level, which few have ever experienced! The "stressors/challenges"; especially those created by different coasts/time zones, can compound the anxiety.
