I was told that there would be no closing costs at the end of all of this due to having a VA loan. However, at the end I was already committed to the whole thing and where turning back would have been impossible for me, only then was it sprung on me that I would have to owe a little over $300 at the time of closing. Then as if previously rehearsed, the agent offered to pay half of the amount if I paid the other half. That's unfair to do to someone. Soured the whole process. Disappointing.

Blen was there at every turn. I am not the smartest computer guy and Ms Blen directed me not only through the process but I did it on my phone. She is an excellent communicator. I think she did such a fantastic job with me that I would give her a RAISE, she was patient, she was helpful and very enjoyable and kind to talk to. I would want her as any type of loan officer. She's Great.
