Everyone was very professional and helpful
Getting the right person to communicate after LO hand off. Belinda was terrible with communication, excellent with follow up though. Deon and Angel were both spot on all the way through the process.

Kayla and Sarkis were great. The process itself was horrible. No one knowing what the progress was with my loan, No one knowing why it took almost 4 months to complete, No one knowing why i the first appraisal was not approved, No one knowing why it takes 2 weeks to update information. Just overall poor aside from the Kayla and Sarkis. They are the only reason i didnt cancel this and go somewhere else.
Edward and the whole team in the processing department went out of their way to help me keep everything on track. Their hard work paid off, as my loan closed on time! Thank you all so much for your good work.
