This is the 2nd refinance(3rd loan) I have had with PENNYMAC and they have always been awesome. Easy to work with. Prompt and courteous communication. Highly recommend their service.
I felt a little confused at times. Sometimes I felt rushed. Signing some of the documents was confusing at times some I was asked to submit when they had already been submitted.
