Pamela was absolutely amazing. Honestly she is a top notch employee. Couldn’t ask for a better person. This women deserves a raise. She is almost always the last one to leave her office every night. Many times I could here the vacuum going as she was still at work while cleaners came in. We need more Pams in the work force. Other people in the back ground working the loan aren’t prompt and your underwriters will drive a person absolutely crazy. Your closing should’ve done and scheduled 3 days advanced. De'Loria was the very best part of our home buying process. She was prompt with responding, communicated clearly, and was flexible with our schedule/needs. I looked forward to our weekly check-ins as she filled me in on where we were in the process and she also checked in with my mental health. She was so good at her job, that for at least the last month we got to have casual conversation since all of the closing requirements were met.
