Nick and Kayla were very helpful and always responded quickly when I had a question about the process. There were some issues with the document portal portion of the website, but Kayla was able to take care of it promptly.

I was being referred by the title company to Penny Mac for the final settlement statement, and Penny Mac referred me to the title company. Neither got me a final settlement statement before closing and the escrow was not reduced to coincide with the reduction in insurance policy. As a result, my escrow will be higher than necessary. Poor communication on the last week before closing. On a positive note, the title company was very pleased with Penny Mac's responsiveness and timeliness.
