I thought Julie and Christopher did a great job . However when l was waiting for my appraisal to come back l was told that they didn’t need anything else then in the 9th hour the underwriting asked for information that l had already gotten a clearance from Christopher on . I would have liked to have that discussion during the 10 days when I was waiting for my appraisal results. A side from that l was quite satisfied and would recommend a friend and or finance my primary residence through Penny Mac . Willie Dillon

- She requested the same documents several times even thought I had informed her about that. - She ignored my notification; as a consequence, the documents for closing date were delayed. - Her explanations/ answers showed that she wasn't knowledgable about the loan process.

Some of the documents requested were not clear on what they were. It would be nice to have an explanation included.
