The service we got was excellent and every person we talked to with any questions, was so friendly and ver informative.
There were major issues with Kristina's communication and we ended up closing a week after we should have because of it. If we had not been as far in the process we would not have continued with PennyMac. I ended up dealing with Felicia Johnson to finalize the loan after such a bad experience with Kristina.
Communication and documents were in order and in a timely manner.
Great service. The online tool and esigning made thing very easy to complete.
Iam did a great job. The loan officer, Jithin, added unexpected points at the end of the process and tried to slip in extra commission for himself. This was a large turn off. In the end, the loan closed a few days past when we were initially told because we had to get the points corrected. This cost us additional money on our interest at $44 interest per day. All of this could have been avoided if the loan officer submitted the correct paperwork that we agreed to from the beginning.
