Paul and Tommy P. were very helpful through the whole process. I am someone who tries to get things done quickly and they were super responsive when I reached out. They would call me as well to make sure I understood it all correctly or to help make sure I had things moving the whole time. Great employees you have in both Paul and Tommy.

Everything went smooth and quick from start to finish.
Our first application was never addressed and wasted over two weeks of time. We had to keep hounding Penny Mac for update. Penny Mac had our loan that we were refinancing and it still took two months for the title company that you used to complete. Way too long to close. We were told it would close at the end of December.
We never had communication with Savannah Palmer so I can't accurately an interaction with them. The title company used had an issue with documentation on their end which delayed funding, and they didn't contact us to inform us of the delay.

It was quick and easy, and Chavaya was there the whole way. Only thing is that there is insurance in my escrow, when i pay my insurance separately. I'd like whomever reads these to give me a call some time so we can get that fixed.
The initial loan officer stated an estimate was to be used rather than an appraiser coming out, then one week before the appraiser arrived we get a call there is going to be a home appraisal. We had to work day and night for the entire week to get ready. Up to the scheduled closing date the old closing terms were the only documents available. After the appraisal, our home was valued higher than the estimated appraisal. No altered terms were presented until I started calling to prompt the staff to adjust the closing figures. ... read more
