Pennymac was faster than the other refinance company I was working with at first. Probably should have not messed around with them and dealt with Pennymac sooner
The entire refinancing process was a breeze. The initial conversation was the longest time I spent on the phone. It only lasted 30/60 minutes. Most of the process was done online, which worked in my favor. My closing took less than 30 days. Also, everything that was discussed in the initial conversation took place.
