Swift and hassle free experience, was able to close 30 days earlier than expected!
Reid and Mykela were great. They answered all of my questions, but the online system and request for documents were difficult to understand.
This process was efficient and the staff very clearly communicated with me regarding every step of the way.
Too many different people to deal with. Mykela was just the last in a long row. The total process took about 2,5 month that is too long. Documents, which first we were told are not needed were requested later. Since I just switched from one loan with PennyMac to another loan PennyMac had all needed information anyway, why does PennyMac handle an in house refinancing the same way as any other involving different companies?
The Mac Team worked very hard to come up with an arrangement that helped me very much. I know it was not simple and I really appreciated all the hard work they did.
I am very happy about monthly payments.
