Great communication and clear numbers given for closing
Our granddaughter had to pay off her car loan because you wouldn’t accept her way of paying State Farm large amounts then having them take out monthly payments. Even after sending her bank statement proving the money came out of her account. That is just too rigid! Luckily she had the saving to pay it off or we wouldn’t have been able to get our refinance! The whole process was very smooth and my loan processors made it very easy. From start to finish everyone involved did a great job !!
Payoff quotes wasn’t updated and I was told it would be done 48hrs before closing and that didn’t happen!
