It was an easy process, they where very pleasant to work with.
The process was very smooth with very good communications between your team and me. I think the only confusing part of the whole process was that we had to fix a couple electrical outlets but it wasn't clear to me what was expected. A couple of the pictures the appraiser took would have helped. All-in-all I appreciate all of the efforts that were provided.

I had to continually reach out to my original loan person Matt to clarify information that Charles relayed to me. He was consistently incorrect and even called after I had closed the load to let me know I needed to close it. Verifying my income was a nightmare and it took the load and extra 3 weeks to close.
Everyone was extremely accurate, timely, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
