When the notary showed up for my closing, my cash out amount had dropped by almost 50%. No one had called me, and it was a big surprise so that that really frustrating. Pennymac did fix it, and I was able to close a week later. Also, it was not communicated to me that it was a requirement that my HELOC be closed after payoff, but when I called in about that, Nicholas gave a great explanation and really out my mind at easr.
It was an easy process, they where very pleasant to work with.
The process was very smooth with very good communications between your team and me. I think the only confusing part of the whole process was that we had to fix a couple electrical outlets but it wasn't clear to me what was expected. A couple of the pictures the appraiser took would have helped. All-in-all I appreciate all of the efforts that were provided.

I think for me find the loan agent could have tried to looked into more ways to make the process of getting approve for a loan easier for a borrow would be great. it’s that underwriting review it’s a very very stressful part . if we can make that part smoother When someone start a process to get a loan it’s life changing. We all hope for something better in life. sometime when we calling for something we may not ask the right question or we are asking for something that not going to work us.
Everyone was extremely accurate, timely, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
