Very efficient and pleasant experience.
Some one never followed thru with insurance verification which I had to do just recently. Everything was supposed to slide over on the refi but someone didn't enter that insurance was to be paid buy the mortgager yet they were deducting the amount needed for insurance. I wasn't tp happy about that.

I would have liked my closing to be completed on the date my original appointment was set.
Communication was great, and she worked hard to accommodate our situation with needing to go out of town.
