Who is Daymien? I never spoke with this person. I went to great lengths to be refunded for an appraisal that never happened, got documents for someone who lives in California and spent copious amounts of time dealing with this. Was the interest rate good? Yes. Was anything else good? No

PennyMac Loan is great to deal with. There was a lead person all along the way. You may talk to many different people to get questions answered, or to check on things but they were always up to speed where you were. If you were in need of the lead person they would get them to call you back. Great experience!
