Great experience with my refinance, Charles and the rest of the team made everything easy and answered all my questions promptly.
I had emailed follow up questions in response to the final document requests and concerns I had regarding the points on the new loan and the adjusted APR and never got a reply. However after crunching the numbers on my end comparing my old loan to the refinance I found the higher upfront cost was offset by the long term savings.
Jazim took the time to anwser all my questions. She all So looked very hard to find us the best rate and refi plan. I would use her again in a heartbeat.
