PennyMac did an awesome job with my refinance process. No hang-ups, Process was short and sweet. PennyMac started out as my Plan-B, but quickly became my Plan-A, and very competitive rates. Super Big Thanks to PennyMac staff, I recommend them highly.
Great team to work with. They answered all my questions and helped me navigate the loan process.
Penny MAC team members were excellent through communication either via emails or phone calls. We constantly received emails updating us on our loan process. We were never in the dark.
Ensure client receive timely community of changes and requirements. Ensure all members of mac team are fully knowledge and aware of client information, issues, requests and updates. Client should not have to investigate and find the answers on their own or have to constantly reach out to the mac team/poc on the discrepancies and what is going on with their application. Team requires training.
Everything went well but the process did take longer than I was told.
