The whole experience went very smooth and fast.
Who is Daymien? I never spoke with this person. I went to great lengths to be refunded for an appraisal that never happened, got documents for someone who lives in California and spent copious amounts of time dealing with this. Was the interest rate good? Yes. Was anything else good? No
Penny MAC team members were excellent through communication either via emails or phone calls. We constantly received emails updating us on our loan process. We were never in the dark.
Ensure client receive timely community of changes and requirements. Ensure all members of mac team are fully knowledge and aware of client information, issues, requests and updates. Client should not have to investigate and find the answers on their own or have to constantly reach out to the mac team/poc on the discrepancies and what is going on with their application. Team requires training.
Everything went well but the process did take longer than I was told.
