The overall experience was outstanding. Brian kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. He was able to answer all our questions and concerns. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He also made sure we were updated if any changes occurred.
I had a duplicate creditor listed in my loan documents Credit one bank. After two separate phone calls to my Macteam from which I never received a call back, first letting them know that I only have one Credit one account, then researching myself and finding out why it was listed. the first listing was Transunion with an incomplete account number. Now I have two useless disbursement checks, totaling a little over $4000 that now I have to do most of the work myself to resolve.
