The process was a bit confusing but it all turned out well in the end. Brian took care to make sure it finally closed after some missteps.

My application was switched to a different loan officer in the middle of the process which created some confusion. Initially I was told that I wouldn't have to bring any money to close, and then the new loan officer told me something different. I was very close to going with another lender if they were not able to get this resolved. It took a lot of going back and forth to finally get it resolved. There was a few times that I had to call to get an update.
Service was good, the only thing was some of the documents requested got sent more than once. I wish once the loan process is started the same loan officer should respond to any needs or questions instead of new person every time.
Quick easy process, all questions answered quickly and accurately. Very happy with the refi process.
The entire process was very very easy, pleasant, and exceeded expectations. Communication was outstanding during the entire process, and we closed much faster than expected. We are very happy with the entire process and everyone with your organization. Thank you again for your efforts.
