Awesome experience, very professional and accurate.
I had a duplicate creditor listed in my loan documents Credit one bank. After two separate phone calls to my Macteam from which I never received a call back, first letting them know that I only have one Credit one account, then researching myself and finding out why it was listed. the first listing was Transunion with an incomplete account number. Now I have two useless disbursement checks, totaling a little over $4000 that now I have to do most of the work myself to resolve.
