Everybody was real nice and guide me to everything that I need help
Had trouble reaching DeAngelo or having him return my calls. Initially I was told closing would be approximately 45 days, but when I finally got schedule, closing was estimated closer to 60 days. Later, PennyMac speeded up the process and we eventually closed at 50 days.
Great to deal with
Great job. The whole process was smooth and very easy.
The closing experience was a little off, but that was due to the notary. Lots of paperwork was missed, delaying our loan. We have yet to be funded so still waiting. Communication could have been a little better, but otherwise it was good!
Everything went fine, just few hurdles along the way in ways of documents being requested multiple times even though the portal had them all uploaded upon request. Also, closing date was moved which made my termite inspection date expired by 4 days.... Exceptions weren't given except maybe a $100 credit that I don't have a copy of ever being done in ways of apologizing for the inconvenience.
Mrs Weber was such a great person to work with. If I had any questions or confusion she was IMMEDIATELY there to help me understand. That's what I love about pennymac team. They are transparent and very straight forward! I will definitely personally recommend Mrs weber to friends and family! Thank you Mrs Weber!!!!!
