I went through TWO other mortgage companies.. that was a complete waste of time! I should have stayed with Penny mac the FIRST time!
Well the apr was right but the other rate was higher with out anybody saying anything. I felt like they were sneaking it. Wasn't happy at all about it. In addition, I left a message for Glen to call me at Pennie Mac before closing and nobody called me back. That was very disappointing.
When you start this process you have a person assigned to you and I guess somewhere down the line that person change to another department and no one tells you the 1st person is no longer involved - then the second person introduce themselves and documents that are needed was never communicated and you guys are waiting and we don’t know they were needed - We signed our documents on 24 January 2022 and we are still waiting for our Money to be deposited into our account and we get a Survey to fill out - We are not sure it’s Cl... read more
