The entire process was made very easy and everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.
Be on top of what you request and take action. I submitted all needed documentation and we were setup with a closing date before Christmas, nice time to have the money. Then the day before, after we made arrangements for babysitting etc it was canceled because my employment verification wasn’t done. Waste of time for a lot of people including your notary.
