The closing experience was a little off, but that was due to the notary. Lots of paperwork was missed, delaying our loan. We have yet to be funded so still waiting. Communication could have been a little better, but otherwise it was good!

Everything went fine, just few hurdles along the way in ways of documents being requested multiple times even though the portal had them all uploaded upon request. Also, closing date was moved which made my termite inspection date expired by 4 days.... Exceptions weren't given except maybe a $100 credit that I don't have a copy of ever being done in ways of apologizing for the inconvenience.

Never had to follow up on our application or process. Always received our update via email from LaRonda on Tuesdays. Everything went very smoothly and I appreciate the hard work of all involved. Thank you!
