We were given information every step of the way and it was easy to communicate and get a hold of someone.
Excellent Experience
When asked how much "payout" requested, we were not told how much would be deducted for processing. We asked $50,000 and expected $50,000. Feel entire process took to long to complete (took almost 4 months). Otherwise we were very pleased with service.
