Requested items not done was sent computer inquiries Asked to have escrow NOT to be used STILL USED. BANK ERROR delayed loan process and was charged extra interest due to your errors
Overall loan process was very smooth and clear. From the start loan officer was very helpful in understanding the factors that go into determinations and what to consider in choosing the right plan for me. Loved the ability to process everything digitally and having the closing paperwork brought right to my door.
