It was an easy process. Everyone I worked or spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable.
Accuracy and promptness
The reason for refinancing was to get my co-signers off, however originally they were only taken off the loan & not the title, delaying the process. Closing had to be rescheduled 3 times. It was not communicated that a blank check should be brought to the closing for money transfer purposes. closing disclosures changed again after closing. It's done now so I can put this behind me. The process to refinance was quick and easy. There was constant communication about what was needed to continue with the process. Closing was quick and convenient, overall it was a great experience.
