Jennifer Green is what made our experience great. When we were first granted our mortgage (through another company that was not Penny Mac) the process was dreadful. Meeting after meeting, documents coming in the mail, documents to pick up in person, meet at the title place to sign papers. It was time consuming, and stressful process. This time around (refinancing with Penny Mac) Brent Dukes got us started, was quick on the turn around to get the preliminary information and get us hooked up with Jennifer. Accuracy and promptness
Lots of outreach, understood my situation with an ex husband and getting him off the loan. They seemed to understand the importance of us being separate and dealing with the documents separately.
My experience would have been better if I had gone with a different company. The loan team made me feel as if I was borrowing from them personally. This is the last time I will use PennyMac and I will not be recommending PennyMac to anyone in the future.
All around a good experience.
We really enjoyed working with PennyMac throughout the whole process.
