I must give a special thanks to Shelbi Janssen who really took a lot of time to explain things to me. The first go through was a bit rocky and Shelbi picked up the pieces. Thanks to her and Andrew for the successful second go through.
Not only was the process long and stressful, the communication between myself and the loan processing team including the title company was awful! The only time I got answers was by calling the customer service line and speaking with someone else outside of the original reps that were assigned to my loan. This process was so disappointing and stressful that I'm glad it's over! The only Representative that I can say I was satisfied with was Clark Smith and I didn't meet him until the end and that's unfortunate.
