I choose Penny Mac because I had dealt with them in the past and had a good experience with them then so upon refinancing my new home I decided to go with them again thus far we finally got it DONE! looking forward to doing good business with them for the duration of the loan

A quicker closing. Apparently my previous loan holder did not receive proper communication on how to get my statement to Pennymac in a timely fashion. I had to personally clarify this with my previous company and get the required documentation to Pennymac myself. If I had not been proactive in this, no telling how long my loam would have been held up. Actual communication with the same representative, responses to emails, proper expectations to get repairs done. The whole process was caused so much anxiety and that could have been reduced.
