From the getting started & information regarding the refinancing process to completing the process was perfectly explained and handled great.
Ajanay was great, as were all the people I spoke with. However, the projected closing date was late October, with an actual closing date of January 10th. The lateness was blamed entirely on the Gentleman that PennyMac hired to do the appraisal. However, after I sent a less than pleasant email stating that they should just refund my money paid thus far, the process mysteriously went into overdrive and within days was finalized.
