I do feel that it's very poor business to tell a customer by email this is your final notice. I had been communicating with Pascal not Erica . I felt it rude and intimidating of her . Working with one agent is a asset. I never ever spoke with Erica Sanchez ! She needs training. Read the emails. Thanks for the opportunity to inform you.
