Great experience
My experience was good.
This was my first refi and everyone made it easy
Some of the email and login communications were a little tricky
This process was straightforward and easy from the very start. My refi closed yesterday, under a month after I started the process and I couldn't be happier. Thank you PennyMac.
The only thing I can suggest is that there were emails asking for things I already submitted, and in the status section it was asking me to sign physical documents, which wasn't required.
Easy process, had no issues at all.
Laronda was on time and was very kind and professional. She also had all the documents prepared and the process was seamless.
