Information was clear. Loan was processed in a minimal amount of time.
While the process didn't go as fast as it was supposed to, there were extenuating circumstances that couldn't be avoided, so I'm not upset. My questions were clearly answered. The only thing I would have liked more would have been the option for simple interest instead of fixed interest.
The refinance process went smooth, PennyMac matched other offers and gave me the best rate and fees compared to offers of other lenders.
