Penny Mac acquired my mortgage after my initial closing and they were proactive in letting me know rates had dropped and that there was a potential for savings. The streamline refinance was very easy and the individuals I worked with at Penny Mac were very nice and professional.
Don't penalize your customers for miscommunication or missed appointments with loan officers and/or closing attorneys.

Very professional and friendly. Even though we were dealing across time zones and through the holidays, the process went very smoothly.

We had lots of inaccurate and miscommunication. We Then the refinance department doesn't talk to the other department. So we get notices that we are delinquent on our mortgage even though we just went through the refinancing. so now we have to double check our credit reports to make sure there was nothing inaccurately reported. We get these stupid robot calls that say "Call us". Why can't you simply call us when needed? And not waste my time at work. Most frustrating Mortgage we have had.
