Evan was awesome. I called cause my check had not cleared that I mailed three weeks earlier. Evan checked on that and then askde if I had about 15 minutes cause he thought he could save us thousands on our mortgage. I listened and it was amazing. 1.25% reduction in interest rate. The representatives I spoke with were proffessional, and helpful. I felt the process was well organized and everyone was on the same page.
Reid was the ONLY person who knows his job and how to do it well. After having my first application canceled because the person handling the documents dropped the ball, then the second person continually requested documents that were already submitted. The final straw was when I gave exact date and time the document was sent and to whom to contact regarding the email. I was asked to request them for her myself and send it to her! Your system is broken, team lazy. Reid is the best you have.
