Refinancing was quick and painless
Submitting everything online was helpful. I realize appraisal is out of PENNYMAC control, but even when our appraisal was updated to include correct number of bath and bedrooms, it came in at the same price as 5bed/3bath instead of 6 bed/4 bath, so I didn’t understand that process

You escrow department are unwilling, not capable or just incompetent to use the documents and make the correct adjustment. I just closed Oct 2021 plus a Disable Veteran who is exempted from taxes all taxes. All the required documents was provided now the escrow department paid something not required if only if they reviewed the documents provided. Now my monthly payment is way to high for me to pay based on incorrect information. Based on the payment required foreclosure is my only option based on I live in a fix disabilit... read more
