Submitting everything online was helpful. I realize appraisal is out of PENNYMAC control, but even when our appraisal was updated to include correct number of bath and bedrooms, it came in at the same price as 5bed/3bath instead of 6 bed/4 bath, so I didn’t understand that process
Great experience from start to finish.
Great service. Wonderful and consistent follow-up to help us through the process. We had no major issues. Mortgage application is certainly a process, but PennyMac made it easy. Great job to PennyMac and Tara.
