Submitting everything online was helpful. I realize appraisal is out of PENNYMAC control, but even when our appraisal was updated to include correct number of bath and bedrooms, it came in at the same price as 5bed/3bath instead of 6 bed/4 bath, so I didn’t understand that process
The loan processed moved forward too slowly. Due to this some of the documents that we submitted expired and we had to get new documents causing extra hassle and time from us. Also at closing details about how taxes and insurance were paid were not as we had discussed in the loan process.
