From start to finish your pennymac people took me thru the whole process to refinance. Glad I am , Pennymac adjusted my payments to my satisfaction.

I don't think it was Maliaka's fault, but every time I called with a question or to talk about something regarding the loan someone other than Maliaka would answer my call. This caused me to have to explain my situation every time someone new answered instead of Maliaka who knew my case. Another issue I had was never receiving a notification that there was required documentation I had to fill out in my PennyMac online account.

Well when we closed we were given a particular date to close and we ended up closing sooner than expected. We ended up paying a whole month's mortgage for no reason. The agent we did the final closing paperwork kind of made me feel like an idiot for wasting all that money. Said I shouldn't have paid last month. We had been instructed to do so. Money is tight these days.

The loan processed moved forward too slowly. Due to this some of the documents that we submitted expired and we had to get new documents causing extra hassle and time from us. Also at closing details about how taxes and insurance were paid were not as we had discussed in the loan process.
